Before the Seminar

Please prepare the following before you attend

1

Complete the Pre-Survey

Help us tailor the seminar to your needs. Fill out the pre-survey — it only takes about 3 minutes.

2

Create an AI Account

If you don't have one yet, sign up at OpenAI or Anthropic (Claude) with your personal email. If you already have a ChatGPT account, you can use that.

3

Bring Your Personal Laptop

We'll be installing software during the session, so please bring a personal laptop with admin privileges. Company laptops may have restrictions that prevent installation.

4

Review the Install Guide (Optional)

We'll walk through everything together, but reading the installation guide beforehand will help you hit the ground running.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We've got answers.

I have no coding experience. Can I still attend?
Absolutely. The seminar is designed so anyone can follow along, regardless of technical background. We start from the basics — including how to use a terminal — and guide you through every step.
Why do I need a personal laptop?
During the seminar, you'll install OpenClaw and related tools directly on your machine. Company laptops often have security policies that block software installation, so we recommend bringing a personal laptop where you have admin access.
Does using OpenClaw cost anything?
OpenClaw itself is free and open source. However, connecting an AI backend like OpenAI or Claude may incur API usage fees. During the seminar, we work within free credit limits and use OAuth authentication, so there's no payment required.
Is it available on both Mac and Windows?
Yes, both operating systems are fully supported. Our installation guide covers Mac and Windows separately, and we provide OS-specific guidance during the seminar as well.
Will recordings be available?
We plan to share organized course materials after each session. Since the seminar is hands-on, we highly recommend attending in person for the best experience.
Can I access the materials without attending?
The installation guide and basic materials are publicly available on this site. Additional resources will also be shared after the seminar series concludes.
